What real estate assets are truly needed in today’s super-aging society?
RAYSUM has been researching the characteristics of real estate that suit a super-aging society while providing doctors highly skilled in advanced medical care with opportunities to see more patients and enables them to focus on their medical examinations.
RAYSUM is delivering real estate assets that apply knowledge gained from our research into advanced medical care to realize “early detection.”
While developing state-of-the-art advanced medical facilities, we came to the realization that early detection is the key to supporting a healthy aging society. This led to the opening of medock Sogo Kenshin Clinic near Meguro Station in Tokyo in May 2021 as a real estate asset that offers general health checkups and specializes in cardiac screening and other cardiovascular testing.
We converted a 48-year-old chapel into a prime asset equipped with state-of-the-art medical device.
During research into locations for a general health checkup facility, we came across a 48-year-old chapel near Meguro Station. This area has a much lower concentration of full-scale health checkup facilities compared to the corporation rich area around Tokyo Station. We created a unique, prime asset using a renovation method that retains the existing building frame to renovate the building with like-new construction.
